Facility Logging System (FLS)
Facility management is an interdisciplinary field primarily devoted to the care and maintenance of large institutional or commercial buildings, such as resorts, schools, hotels, office buildings, shopping complexes, sport complexes or convention centres. Its duties may cover the care of air conditioning, electric power, plumbing, lighting systems, etc. Some or all of these tasks need to be assisted by computer programs.
In practise, it is never trivial to coordinate and oversee the safe, secure, and environmentally-sound operations and maintenance of these properties in a cost effective manner aimed at long term preservation of the asset value, and also other responsibilities such as ensuring the office is properly cleaned and sanitised for its occupants. In situation where the operation of the facility directly involves the occupants or customers of the owner organization, the impression of facility related services to this group of people will be a prominent consideration. - Dynamic Equipment & Parameter Master
Equipment and parameter module allow configuration of parameter setting such as air flow, temperature, water level, etc up to individual equipment level. Different set of parameters can be configured according to service categories (weekly, monthly, or yearly inspection).
- Interactive Logging & Inspections
Technician is able to follow a guided inspection routine using PDA. System is able to alert user if parameter logged exceeded the allowable limits.
- Informative Charting & Reporting
Data can be uploaded to portal for sharing with customer. All reading can be charted and exported into PDF / Excel format. With FLS, companies can achieve better time and asset utilization and at the same time ensuring maintenance are carried out promptly. In addition, they can be assured that accurate data are obtained for its customers.
